After two decades of teaching Science, leading and training teams of teachers, I am now ready to focus specifically on learners who also have something unique to contribute to society and help them to fulfil their potential.

Bi-polar sufferers can so easily be overlooked, particularly if they are not shown how to successfully manage their condition when young.

The bi-polar mind is inquisitive, creative and magical.  It is my aim to support young learners by showing them that bipolar isn’t about them; it’s just a condition that if managed successfully, can really empower them to manage their whole lives just as successfully.

Various strategies and methods of support that the Julian Campbell Foundation is using have already made a difference to so many people.

I look forward to empowering our young to live successful lives.

The word 'doctor' originally meant teacher, so I take both my vocations seriously ;-)

As far as medicine is concerned, I am fascinated by people, the human psyche and human body - remembering that the mind and body are inseparable.

I work in General Practice and Occupational Health both of which I enjoy. Finally, last but not least, I try to have fun, whilst doing all of the above.

Favorite sayings: "Difficult problems are not solved by an easy life". "It is only an obsession, let it go".

Did I say I am the 'Mind Mental Health Champion 2008'? www.mind.org.uk, thanks to everyone for your support!

I also have written a book on extreme self help called 'Mood Mapping'.
